A new furnace budget should show the full price unless a separate current offer is documented.

Check the equipment and the agreement

A hybrid system may keep or replace the furnace, but it needs a suitable heat pump combination and controls. Rental equipment uses different heat pump caps from purchased equipment. Compare the scope and total agreement cost alongside the rebate.
