Choose your existing primary heating source to view the published heat pump caps. If your plan is to replace only the gas furnace or a cooling-only AC, no HRS heat pump rebate should be inserted into that quote.
If the home already uses a heat pump for space heating, HRS will not fund its replacement. Check this before deducting any heat pump cap from the quote.
A cap is not a net installed price
The final system, rated capacity and program approval control the amount. Obtain the gross quote first, then put any verified heat pump incentive on a separate line. For a rental arrangement, ask for the rental rates and total contract cost rather than applying the purchased-system maximum.
