• Ask what happens to the obligation when the property is sold.
• Obtain the rules about combining local funding with an equipment rebate.

Who can confirm it?

Use your own municipality's official program page or staff contact. A provider working in several cities may mention a financing scheme that does not cover your address. Budget at the full price until that detail is confirmed.
